A reference for Statkrafts strategy.

After some 'discussions' we give a reference (in Norwegian) about Statkrafts strategy for revisions.

Statkraft claims that NVE in advance has promised the outcome of a revision, that NVE has stated that no revision of conditions for a regulation can be decided so the concession can not be used in full for water power (from Norwegian in above reference - see side 'Statkrafts strategi')?

 

Again we underline that a river is no perpetual motion machine. If energy in form of electricity is taken from the river it must be transformed with loss from another type of energy in the river, from the rivers natural energy.
